Active Data Online sucks. I have been trying to buy software since December 2007. (!!!). For more than 3 month. (!!!) I could't buy it.
I paid $300 via PayPal, they refunded it without explanations, pushing me into paying "offline", by check denominated in Australian dollars. (by PayPal they claim you can pay in USD) When I asked about reasons on their customer support forum, they deleted my post and blocked my account. I was very polite, trust me. I tried any negotiation skill I posses. I wanted to pay money, but they just sucked. I can't explain these people.
They suck.
